These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kahlo. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kahlo (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Kahlo is a multi-model AI workspace that lets you send prompts to, and compare responses from, large language models offered by third-party providers. The available models, features, and usage limits may change over time.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or exceed the rate and usage limits associated with your plan.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage beyond the limits included in your plan may be subject to additional charges or rate limiting. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
6. Third-Party Models & Content
To generate responses, prompts and content you submit may be transmitted to third-party model providers. Their processing of that data is governed by their own terms and policies. Kahlo does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any model output, and outputs should not be relied upon as professional advice.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant Kahlo a limited license to process, transmit, and store that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Kahlo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Kahlo’s trademarks or branding.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kahlo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
